When I go to the doctor, it can be a struggle to be heard. After a decade of struggling with the medical system and trying to get my symptoms addressed, I decided to take my health into my own hands.

“Medical Admin” refers to things like calling and scheduling appointments, prepping for appointments, attending appointments, organizing your care team or medications, doing research, fighting with insurance companies, and more. When I realized I would be dealing with this for the foreseeable, well, forever, I decided to make my life easier and began making templates for each kind of medical admin. I am still working on this, but wanted to go ahead and share the downloadable “Medical Admin” PDFs I did have ready!
